SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK LIVE, JR is based on the Emmy Award-winning 1970s Saturday morning cartoon series that taught history, grammar, math and science through clever tunes teaching a new generation to “Unpack Your Adjectives” and “Do The Circulations”.   All roles will be played by kids.  Performances of SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK LIVE, JR are currently scheduled for May 7-9.

The Rodgers and Hammerstein classic, OKLAHOMA was the first musical written by the famous duo.  The popular romantic story is set in the Oklahoma territory in the early 1900s.  The musical has lots of roles great for teens including: the handsome farmhand Curley and his love interest Laurey; the delightfully flirtatious Ado Annie and her boyfriend Will; the hired hand Jud Fry, the peddler man Ali Hakam, everyone’s favorite Aunt Eller, and a host of townfolk.   The musical OKLAHOMA, has an award-winning score including “Oh, What a Beautiful Morning”, “Cain’t Say No”, and of course, “Oklahoma.”
