STARS Theater Company presents the musical comedy, THE EMPEROR’S NEW CLOTHES, May 16-17 & 23-24 at the Heritage Campus of the First United Methodist Church in Grapevine.  All shows are at 7:30pm.

This fairy-tale pop musical is filled with songs ranging from 50s rock to 20s jazz to Celtic and more!  The emperor is a self-centered clothes-aholic, and his three "lovely" daughters are following in his footsteps.  Two con artists, Wart and Hog, devise a plan for swindling the emperor with an amazing magical, invisible cloth.  Of course, everyone pretends to "see" the magic cloth, until the young serving boy screams, “The emperor has no clothes on!” His honesty is contagious, and the emperor is forced to face the bare fact:  he’s standing in his birthday suit.

Kids of all ages will laugh their socks off.  Don’t miss STARS Theater Company’s production of THE EMPEROR’S NEW CLOTHES.  The Heritage Campus of the First United Methodist Church in Grapevine is located at 4344 Heritage Ave., Grapevine, 76051.  Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children under 12.  For more information call 817-925-1430.
