Emmanuel Presbyterian Church will present five different themes of worship in the season of Lent: journey, hope, grace, love, and home. These unique worship experiences are open to the public Thursday evenings during Lent, beginning February 26 at 7pm, and continuing for the next four Thursdays.
The first and last worship services (February 26 and March 26) will include the Lord’s Supper. Feel free to attend all five worship services or come as often as you can. These worship experiences will help you prepare for the Lenten season and encourage rest, reflection, prayer, and consideration of the many ways God moves in and through your daily life.
The Ash Wednesday service on Wednesday, February 18 at 7pm in the sanctuary service will include special music, the imposition of ashes, and communion.
Courageously proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ we: worship and glorify God, grow in faith as disciples, seek justice and mercy, and nurture those in need while embracing all humanity.
