May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and First Grapevine UMC recognizes the vital importance of mental health in all of our lives and a community of faith. Join medical and health professionals on June 4, from noon to 5 PM, in the Family Life Center for a free mental health expo. We will have breakout sessions dealing with parenting, depression, sleep, anxiety, addiction, men's health, dementia and more.
